YOUR DAILY AGENDA
- Build strong relationships with existing partners of the company;
- Handles partner audits/assessments, working closely with our KYC and compliance departments;
- Training & coaching new and existing partners;
- Actively listen to our partners’ requests and provide daily support to new and existing partners;
- Be the primary point of contact for partners requests;
- Collect, analyze data of the market and deliver progress reports.
- May be required to work on special projects as needs arise.
YOU MUST HAVE
- Good level of English (written and spoken)
- Advanced computer skills and ability to work with programs such as Microsoft Office;
- Efficiency to be able to produce significant output with minimal wasted effort;
- Organization and planning skills in order to plan, organize, and schedule in an efficient, productive manner by focusing on key priorities;
- Intelligence, you demonstrate ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information;
- Attention to detail so you don’t let important details slip through the cracks or derail the project;
- Openness to feedback and ideas, you often solicit feedback and react calmly and proficiently to constructive feedback.

- Base salary starting from COP$2,250,000 up to COP$2,400,000 per month (incluye prestaciones sociales + Plan complementario de SURA)
